This is the first time that Rosendin Electric participated in the Oregon Business survey, which uses various criteria to determine the best places to work, including health benefits, wellness coverage, executive leadership, work environment, career development, and much more. Rosendin Electric’s employees ranked the company based on such factors as the Employee Stock Ownership Plan, 401k matching, requiring all workers to receive 16 hours of training annually, providing above-average health benefits, and granting 17 days of personal time per year.
