Dr. Peter Fenwick, author of The Art of Dying, discusses the phenomenology of dying.
Del Mar, CA, March 02, 2009 — Join Alex Tsakiris for an interview with world-renowned near-death experience researcher and author of The Art of Dying, Dr. Peter Fenwick. During the hour-long interview Dr. Fenwick suggests that recent discoveries on the phenomenology of dying is causing us to question some of the materialistic assumptions of science:
“What has happened in materialistic science is that we’re denying the events. If you’re a materialist, you can’t not look at the phenomenology — you have to do that. Then of course, it’s a question of creating the theories which will encompass the phenomena into worldview rather than saying they can’t occur, therefore they’re not there.”
