Sydney, NSW, August 31, 2010 — Servcorp the global leading supplier of serviced and virtual office solutions has added five new locations in Asia, North America & the Middle East. This expansion programme now takes the worldwide network to 77 office locations in 20 countries.

The latest additions to Servcorps network of Virtual and Serviced Offices include:
• The TOC Minato Mirai building in Yokohama Japan. The TOC Minato Mirai is the 20th Servcorp office location in Japan and helps cement Servcorp as the market leader in terms of both the quality and quantity of Serviced and Virtual Office space in the Japanese network. Additional Japanese office locations in Osaka and Tokyo are also planned to open in Q4 2010.

• Two new US locations in the North East; The first in the stylish new Corporate Office Centre Tysons II building located in McLean Virginia and the second in the 1155 F Street Building situated in the heart of Washington D.C.

• In addition to Jeddah, Servcorp’s second Saudi Arabian office in Riyadh’s spectacular Al Faisaliah Tower which opened on the 22nd of August

• Servcorp also opened its first Lebanon location in the Beirut Souks Louis Vuitton Building on the 10th of August.

• A new office in Turkey in the chic Louis Vuitton Orjin Building situated in the Nisantasi quarter a high end commercial and residential district.
