With cozy fires lining the walls and a see-through wine cellar, III Forks Steakhouse at Tapestry Park offers an irresistibly romantic setting for a memorable Valentine’s Dinner.
Start the evening with drinks around the crackling outdoor fire pit, then slip inside to enjoy the intimate, elegant ambiance of the restaurant and an unforgettable dining experience.
Executive Chef Joe Everett and his staff are preparing two tempting “haute” specials for Valentine’s weekend, which include wine and champagne; a Filet & Lobster Special featuring 6 ounces of USDA Prime Filet and 6 ounces Australian Cold Water Rock Lobster served with whipped potatoes, sugar snap peas, off-the-cob-cream corn, vine-ripened tomatoes and spring onions; and a 16 ounce Wagyu Strip, also served with delicious sides.
Wagyu beef is raised from special breeds of Japanese cattle, and Wagyu steaks are known for their silky texture and rich, buttery tenderness.
The Special Valentine’s Day menu will also feature an assortment of favorite Beginnings: Seafood Medley, Ahi Tuna, Lobster Bisque and III Fork’s famous salads, as well selections from the Beef Market and Fish Market.
New Years Eve was a sellout for III Forks, and Valentine’s weekend is expected be equally busy. III Forks has extended their Valentine’s menu to Thursday and Friday evenings to accommodate the response so far. General Manager and Proprietor Curtis Osmond suggests that you make your reservations early and promises that he and his staff will make your Valentine’s Dinner a night to remember.
