Thorpeness Golf and Country Club, one of the finest golf courses in Suffolk has come up with an ideal solution for all those who enjoy playing different golf courses during their golf break, but are lacking in time to organise such an event.
Thorpeness Golf club is working in conjunction with the very best of their neighbouring Suffolk golf clubs and residents of the Thorpeness Hotel can now take advantage of having their very own Suffolk golf tour arranged for them at a very competitive price too.
In association with the Ipswich Golf Club, Woodbridge, Felixstowe Ferry and Aldeburgh, all four golf courses can be played as an added extra whilst staying and playing at the Thorpeness Hotel for just £120 per person, or £100 per person for three courses.
Once you book your stay with Thorpeness Golf Club the whole event will be organised for you and make sure you bring your handicap certificates with you as they will be needed.
For those that are not familiar with the Thorpeness course, it is a par 69 on the men’s card (SS70) and for the ladies it is a slightly more generous par 74 (SS72). With trees, heather, gorse and strategically placed bunkers you need to hit the right shots to score well, and as the course is build on sandy soil it drains well therefore palyable all year round.
