Tutor Saliba Learning Launches New Website

Portland, OR – December 8, 2010 – Tutor Saliba Learning recently launched its new website. Its purpose is to explain how the learning strategy focuses on the individual needs of students in the classroom, rather than treating the group as a single unit.

“People want to know what it is all about,” said Jeff Saliba, founder of the tutor saliba learning method. “We had so many inquiries in our little home office, that we could no longer handle the volume of communications by telephone and email.”

As a result, Saliba wanted to put all of the information in one place where people could read and learn at their leisure. While there are written materials available and the occasional seminar is taught, Saliba felt that a website could provide a more centrally located hub for information. This helps both parents and teachers who are seeking information on how to improve the educational impact on students from elementary through high school age.

“We help teachers and tutors to center their efforts on students through visual, oral and auditory learning methods,” said Saliba. “It is not just for students that are struggling to understand the basic concepts that are taught in our educational system, it also helps those who have a solid grasp to become even more proficient in their understanding.”

First developed as a means to reach students with learning disabilities, the tutor saliba learning method now caters to students in a multitude of subjects, including history, English, mathematics, music and geology. In development are specialized materials for vocational-technical classes and teaching and tutoring materials in the Spanish language.

About Tutor Saliba Learning: The tutor saliba method (http://www.tutorsalibalearning.com/) focuses on learning for children through visual, auditory and oral means. Different children in the same classroom will learn the same material through one of the three types of presentations prepared by the teacher. This strategy is also used in the corporate world.
