Cranford, NJ, August 03, 2010 — Union Property Group, a Union County New Jersey Real Estate Holding Company, has officially launched their new website houses4fastcash.com. Chief Marketing Officer, Chris Consorte, said The market for cash-deal houses is growing. We’re getting more and more leads daily of homeowners just looking to get out of their homes for a quick sale because they’re relocating, just need cash or they’re about to be behind on their house payments.
While housing starts are slightly up around the country, showing a potential rebound of the beat-up real estate market, it’s unclear how long it’ll take before the real estate market truly turns around. Consorte went on to say, “There’s talk of a double-dip recession” and unemployment is not getting any better. Obviously, this affects the housing market and overall prices.
This creates an opportunity “but ultimately we’re helping out a homeowner who may have to wait months or over a year to sell their house to a non-investor or retail buyer.” With leads abundant, there’s multiple factors to consider in buying a home including location, condition, taxes and lots of other factors. Consorte continued, “Sellers are often misled by past prices.
If the house was worth $300,000 three years ago, but it can’t sell today for $200,000 then it’s essentially worth less to an investor group like us because we ultimately may have to renovate the home, carry the taxes and spend money marketing it to sell or rent the home. Our costs add up quickly.”
