¡VIVA! Mercado, the New Mini-Mall right next door to ¡VIVA! MARKET grocery store, is now open. The mini-mall provides rental spaces to local vendors, large and small, at an affordable price. This upscale Latin American shopping center first opened its doors on December 11th. There are currently still rental spaces available which will be sold on a first come, first serve basis until all spots are sold.
¡VIVA! Mercado currently includes a full service salon and shops including: a cosmetic shop, a jewelry, gift, and perfume shop, a house décor shop, a kitchen wares shops, and an arcade. Shop sizes vary from 10×10 to 10×15 to 10×30 with rental prices offered at a discounted rate. Stop by the mini-mall to look into opening your own store and enjoy the shopping while your there. It’s the perfect niche, with the local population being just over 40% Hispanic and the ¡VIVA! Market grocery store right next-door.
Just west of Ben Lomond High School, the market sits on the corner of East 7th street and Monroe blvd in a newly renovated store. With plenty of parking and bus stops just across the street it is easily accessible for all.
