24 August 2009 – Co-op Travel has introduced a new car hire solution thanks to a white label scheme from top car hire price comparison website www.carrentals.co.uk. The system will help Co-op customers find deals from more than 35 top providers.
The announcement is the first arrangement like this for www.carrentals.co.uk and Co-op Travel customers will reap the benefits of being able to save money on car hire around the world.
Co-op expects the arrangement to help it double its car hire business inside of the first year.

The announcement takes place as some car hire companies in famous resorts cut back on their stocks as the recession bites. The new Co-op scheme will give customers the widest choice of car rental deals.
Co-op Travel will help customers to find the new car hire deals by placing a link to the site section obviously online.
