Leading UK-based SEO Company, ZenoSEO have been having talks with Indian representatives, about possibly opening up office in the South Asian country. ZenoSEO have only been in business 12 months, but feel as though an additional Indian base was always on the cards. The meeting was held on Wednesday November 26th and lasted for some three hours.
The company see the Indian marketplace as a lucrative market, due to increasing skill sets and the arrival of a highly skilled, educated youth. It would also provide the company with a useful base point in the South Asian geographical area.
The growth of IT in India makes great opportunities for western companies to strike legions and alliances.
“India is something we’ve always had close ties with and want to push this on further” Company Owner Tom Parling said last night. “We feel there are some fantastic opportunities in this country, and a fantastic pool of talent available”.
The move is not an effort to cut costs or outsource existing work, but to actually fully open up an Indian business arm. Nothing has been finalised yet and more information is expected to be released in the coming weeks. Pune, Bangalore and Chandigarh are names potential cities, however discussions have not reached that stage yet.
